Use the subject “Privacy request” for access, correction, deletion or another privacy question. We may need to verify enough information to make sure we are dealing with the correct person.
Order problems
For damage, manufacturing faults or an incorrect item, include photographs of the product and packaging where possible. Do not send a personalised product back before receiving return instructions.
