Source Editions is a personalised artwork service operated by Astrologic, trading as Source Editions. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in the country where you are buying.

You must be at least 18 to place an order. By uploading a photograph, you confirm that you have the right to use it for this purpose and that your use does not unlawfully infringe copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights.

You keep your rights in your original photographs. You give Source Editions and its service providers the limited permission needed to store, process, transform, print and deliver the material you ask us to work with.

Do not upload unlawful material, material you do not have the right to use, or content intended to harass, exploit or harm another person.

Generative systems can produce variation and may interpret details differently from the source photograph. You are shown an artwork before ordering and should review the version carefully. The approved version is the version used to create production files.

Laws concerning copyright and exclusivity of AI-generated material differ between jurisdictions. We do not promise that a generated image is copyrightable, unique or capable of exclusive ownership.

A purchased Digital Edition is supplied for personal use. You may download, display and print it for yourself or as a gift. Commercial resale, merchandise production, stock-image distribution and use as a competing transformation service are not included unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Physical products are personalised and made to order from the artwork you approve. Minor differences in screen colour, print colour, crop tolerances, materials and manufacturing are normal and are not necessarily defects.

Available products, prices, currency and delivery thresholds depend on the market selected in the creator. Canada may have a different physical range where local fulfilment is not commercially suitable.

The price shown in the selected market at checkout is the price you pay, together with any delivery charge or tax shown before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and we have not rejected the order for a genuine fulfilment, pricing, fraud or rights issue.

If an obvious pricing or configuration error makes fulfilment unreasonable, we may cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid rather than fulfil at the erroneous price.

Physical orders are currently offered for the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia where the selected product is available. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates, unless we expressly say otherwise.

Personalised physical products and supplied digital content can have different change-of-mind rights from ordinary goods. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains how we handle cancellations, faults, damage and incorrect orders. Mandatory consumer guarantees and statutory remedies continue to apply.

Creating a public share link or submitting work to a community gallery makes the selected preview available beyond your private project. Only use those features when you are comfortable making the selected material public. You can revoke supported share links or request removal through the contact page.

We may change movements, models, product ranges, suppliers or features as Source Editions develops. We may also suspend a service where needed for safety, abuse prevention, maintenance or provider availability.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Source Editions is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you used the service or placed the order.

These terms are intended to be governed by the law of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your home jurisdiction.
